Job Overview

Business Development/Product Manager at Woven by Toyota, a company enabling Toyota’s transformation into a mobility company through human-centric innovation. The role involves driving cloud infrastructure and platform capabilities for Woven City products, supporting business use cases like Product Launches, Invention Partnerships, Now Platform Solution, and Go-To-Market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Common Use Cases: Grasp commonalities among Woven City products and define core requirements for \"Beyond City\" use cases.


• ROI-Driven Infrastructure Planning: Plan cloud infrastructure roadmaps by balancing technical feasibility, scalability, and ROI.


• Bridge Business and Tech: Act as a central hub between business stakeholders and technical teams, consolidating requirements and engaging in technical discussions.


• Drive Alignment: Negotiate with multiple teams to align on shared technical requirements and ensure smooth operations outside Woven City.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.


• 7+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or technical planning within Cloud Platform services, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.


• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, engaging in deep technical discussions with Tech Leads and Architects.


• Proven track record of defining product/platform requirements from scratch and translating business visions into technical roadmaps.


• Natural collaborator with a strong win-win mindset, capable of facilitating alignment and managing diverse stakeholders.


• Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.


• Proficiency in business-level English.
