🎯 The Role

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining secure, automated CI/CD pipelines tailored for AI applications and enterprise delivery environments. You will implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation across cloud platforms, and embed automated security scanning, vulnerability detection, and compliance guardrails directly into the software delivery lifecycle.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines tailored for AI applications and enterprise delivery environments
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation across cloud platforms
• Embed automated security scanning, vulnerability detection, and compliance guardrails directly into the software delivery lifecycle
• Manage containerization strategies, orchestration environments, and Kubernetes clusters, including EKS and AKS
• Administer cloud infrastructure permissions, identity access controls, and secure networking configurations across environments
• Establish robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure high availability, operational visibility, and platform uptime
• Collaborate with enterprise IT and security teams to support penetration testing, incident readiness, and secure network boundaries
• Support secure and scalable deployment of AI services, cloud-hosted applications, and containerized workloads in production environments

📌 Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, security controls, networking, and container platforms
• Experience designing and managing automated CI/CD pipelines for complex cloud-native applications
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code, especially with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration of containerized workloads in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with security scanning tools, vulnerability management, compliance controls, and secure software delivery practices
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and reliability practices for production systems
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tooling, and infrastructure automation workflows
• Prior engagement in large-scale enterprise environments and mission-critical systems
• Candidate must be located in an EU member country
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience with Azure and hybrid cloud environments
• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks, penetration testing coordination, and regulated environments
