🎯 The Role
As a Senior DevOps & Test Automation Architect, you will play an important role in improving the software development and testing environment for airborne surveillance radar systems. Your focus will be on strengthening test architecture, automated testing, and build processes to create more efficient and reliable software workflows. You will work closely with agile development teams, combining technical expertise with collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a proactive approach to identifying improvements. The role requires someone who can independently explore complex technical environments, understand existing solutions, and turn that knowledge into practical improvements.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Design and improve software test architecture and automation
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and build workflows
Improve automated testing processes across the software development lifecycle
Work with Jenkins, Git, and GitLab to support development and delivery
Use container technologies such as Docker and Podman
Work within Linux-based development and testing environments
Support software workflows related to signal processing, radar control, and runtime systems
Collaborate with agile development teams to identify bottlenecks and technical improvements
Share knowledge and support engineers in adopting improved tools and processes
📌 Required Qualifications
Strong experience within DevOps and software test architecture
Hands-on experience with automated testing and test frameworks
Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and build automation
Experience working with Jenkins
Strong understanding of Git and GitLab
Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Podman
Good experience working in Linux environments
Ability to independently understand complex technical systems and drive improvements
Strong communication and collaboration skills
