🎯 The Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you’ll own all the aspects of our cloud infrastructure, in terms of availability, security, scale, costs, DevEx and more. This role is critical to building efficient practices that empower our teams to deliver high-quality products quickly and effectively, ensuring technical execution stays aligned with our business objectives. Our stack includes AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Python, Prometheus, GitHub Actions and more.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Proactively establish and maintain CI/CD practices and processes.
• Manage Kubernetes (k8s) clusters.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies, design, and implementation.
• Work closely with development teams to support architecture best practices.
• Enhance system scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Ensure security standards are met in both cloud environments and software development lifecycle.
• Monitor and control costs associated with cloud resources.
• Maintain and improve our observability stack
• Create and maintain agentics skills to improve DevEx

📌 Required Qualifications

• A team player with a strong can-do mentality.
• A strong individual contributor who excels both working solo and collaborating closely with teammates.
• At least 6 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Strong experience with AWS
• Proficiency in scripting and/or development languages like Bash or Python.
• Thorough understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience with managing and implementing Kubernetes clusters.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, and strong experience with automation tools like Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring tools and data/log analytics tools.
• Experience with computer networking and network architectures.
• Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Hebrew and English
• Mentor and advise other team members in code review and design.
