🎯 The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic DevOps team. You will play a key role in shaping our DevOps culture, bridging the gap between Development and Platform Engineering, and implementing innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading technologies to solve complex problems in our multi-cloud environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Play a key role in shaping our DevOps culture, bridging the gap between Development and Platform Engineering, and implementing innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with industry-leading technologies to solve complex problems in our multi-cloud environment.
• Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Cloud native tools.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Manage container orchestration using EKS, ECS, GKE, AKS, and ensure container security practices are followed.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production environments, resolving issues across infrastructure, deployments, and application layers.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Implement and maintain networking architecture, including VPC design, routing, and security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security and governance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our DevOps processes and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

📌 Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Expert-level production experience with AWS, proven ability to quickly learn and contribute to GCP or Azure environments.
• Advanced knowledge of system architecture, cross-system integrations, and complex Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning.
• Working knowledge of other infrastructure and configuration management tools such as CloudFormation and Ansible.
• Deep expertise in container orchestration (EKS, ECS, GKE, AKS) and advanced Containerization concepts.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Optimizations, docker-compose and container security practices.
• Expert understanding of networking architecture, including VPC design, routing, security best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in CI/CD and release engineering using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Cloud native tools.
• Solid knowledge of source control management (SCM) best practices, including branching strategies, code review workflows, and repository governance using GitHub or equivalent tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues across infrastructure, deployments, and application layers.
• Good understanding of how applications run in production, including configuration requirements, dependencies, and runtime behaviour, to work effectively with development teams.
• Knowledge and implementation experience of infrastructure hosting in Cloud using best practices around scalability, reliability, security, cost and maintainability.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and drive technical decision-making across departments.
• Experience in automation and scripting using Bash, Python, or Go for operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and clients for requirement discussions and technical updates.

• Certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform
