🎯 The Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to do meaningful work in your career, elevating your craft while contributing to a team that values lifelong learning. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you are a critical driver of the platform that powers video knowledge management for global universities and businesses. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will design, automate, and operate scalable AWS cloud infrastructure supporting high application reliability, security, and performance. You will bridge the gap between high-velocity engineering and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001), ensuring our infrastructure posture is pragmatic, scalable, and built on Clarity over Complexity.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Build & Scale Cloud Infrastructure: Design and operate resilient AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CDK, or AWS CloudFormation.
• Optimize CI/CD Pipelines: Engineer and maintain secure automated pipelines using GitHub Actions that test, package, and deploy software changes quickly and reliably.
• Drive AI Integration: Incorporate AI coding assistants and automation tooling into internal workflows.

⭐ Desirable Experience

Driving an AI-first mindset, you will leverage modern automation alongside AI-assisted engineering practices (such as GitHub Copilot or Amazon Q) and predictive observability tools (AIOps) to eliminate operational toil, accelerate deployment pipelines, and simplify complex architectures.
