🎯 The Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will advise and support our clients in all technical questions around infrastructure architecture, operations, and integration. You will bring in your expertise to design and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Bring in sound recommendations for design and architecture decisions.
• Take care of the setup and integration of platforms, pipelines, and other components.
• Explain best practices and teach them didactically.
• Perform efficient debugging and share your findings.
• Compile documentation, Git repositories, and other sources to answer in-depth questions.
• Provide technical training.
• Advise and mediate in dealing with third-party providers and manufacturer support.

📌 Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Kubernetes (at least CKA/CKS level or OCP/OpenShift with certification above EX180)
• Linux (LPIC 1 or better LPI-304/-305 or DevOps Tools Engineer, or RHCE)
• Basic knowledge of Terraform and Ansible
• Project experience with and advanced knowledge in at least one of the following cloud stacks: AWS, GKE, MS Azure, OSP/Openstack
• German and English at Business Level (C1/C2) in speech and writing
• Consultant mindset and skills
• Project experience in an agile environment / with Scrum
• Kanban knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Methods of moderation and de-escalation

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Contributor to Kubernetes development
• Advanced Terraform knowledge
• Advanced Ansible knowledge
• Knowledge of Go Language
• Scrum Master/PO certification
• Learning methods/didactics for training delivery
