The Opportunity

Akido Labs is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our small, high-impact infrastructure team. Reporting to engineering leadership, you'll own the systems that keep our platform reliable, secure, and scalable as we grow. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — you won't be maintaining someone else's playbook, you'll be writing the next one. If you thrive in lean teams where your decisions have direct product impact, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or SRE role (required)
• Deep expertise with AWS — networking, compute, storage, IAM, and managed services (required)
• Strong proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code (required)
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production (required)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tooling (required)
• Experience working on small, collaborative teams where you wear multiple hats (required)
• Experience with Azure or other cloud providers (preferred)
• Familiarity with observability tooling — logging, metrics, and tracing (preferred)
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and async collaboration (preferred)
