✅ Key Responsibilities

• Co-own the development and operation of the client's cloud platform (GCP, Azure)
• Advance the DevOps tooling: GitLab CI pipelines, ArgoCD, Apigee API Gateway, Backstage, Terraform/OpenTofu, Datadog, SonarQube, Python scripts, Keycloak
• Act as go-to expert for Kubernetes (GKE)
• Drive and contribute to architecture decisions for the cloud platform
• Enable and support software development teams in using the cloud platform and DevOps tooling

📌 Required Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science or related field
• Several years of experience as a DevOps/Platform Engineer in a cloud environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and IaC tools (Terraform/OpenTofu)
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies across GCP
• Solid Python skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Experience with Kafka (Confluent Cloud)
• Experience with GitLab CI pipelines and OAuth 2.0
• Experience with Backstage or React
• Experience with Datadog and SonarQube
• Experience with Keycloak
• Experience with Java Spring Boot or Kotlin
