We are looking for .NET Developers to join a project delivered for our international client, a leading global energy company recognized for innovation, scale, and commitment to sustainable development. With decades of expertise, the client plays a crucial role in providing energy that powers economies and supports communities worldwide. Their diverse portfolio spans the exploration, production, and distribution of energy resources, with a strong focus on the oil and gas sector while continuously investing in digital transformation and modern cloud technologies.
The project combines backend development, Azure cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise integrations within a collaborative international environment. You will work closely with software engineers, architects, platform specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions supporting the client's digital ecosystem.
You will be:
design and implement backend services and integrations supporting business-critical processes,
collaborate with architects and development teams to deliver scalable and maintainable cloud-based solutions,
contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps,
support troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and continuous improvement activities,
collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions,
contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and development standards,
adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively across multiple initiatives,
depending on seniority, take ownership of technical areas, support architectural decisions, and mentor less experienced team members,
Your profile:
experience working with Microsoft Azure environments,
knowledge of Azure API Management (APIM),
experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps,
strong understanding of software engineering best practices and modern development workflows,
experience working with Git and Agile software delivery methodologies,
proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or integrating AI-powered capabilities into software solutions,
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
strong communication and collaboration skills in international engineering environments,
ability to manage frequent context switching and effectively balance multiple priorities,
practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

experience with Microsoft Foundry or Azure AI native solutions,
experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-based products,
experience administering or integrating self-hosted Confluence environments,
general experience working with on-premises enterprise infrastructure,
familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and cloud-native architectures,
experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.
Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
