Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Job Overview

Join our team as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Reliable Robotics, a leading innovator in aviation technology. This remote work engineering position is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the security and availability of our automated aviation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve infrastructure including code reviews, deploying new infrastructure, upgrades, and migration of services.
• Provide tooling and infrastructure support to other teams, enhancing their ability to achieve goals securely.
• Work collaboratively with IT team members on tools and automation, addressing issues promptly.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure robust support for infrastructure and tooling.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Terraform and Puppet in an AWS environment.
• Professional experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• 3+ years experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or other observability platforms.
• Experience with device management using MDM.
• 3+ years experience in a git-ops environment using GitHub.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, Google Cloud offerings, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with network security protocols, TLS, mTLS, and network boot protocols.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAUTH, SAML, SSH Certificates.
• Understanding of Zero Trust Network concepts.
