Job Overview
Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern B2B enterprise software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage infrastructure for our cloud-based platforms (AWS)
Create and automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Gitlab / Github Actions)
Build, maintain, and scale containerized applications with Docker and ECS/Fargate
Ensure system scalability, availability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and automation
Troubleshoot issues in both production and development environments
Work closely with development teams to enhance performance, security, and maintainability
Manage and optimize infrastructure as code
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role
Expert knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, ECS / Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and management
Experience with developer lifecycle methodologies
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
Expertise in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.)
Proficient with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
