🎯 The Role

Drive structural review and technical coordination for major elevated rail packages.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate structural calculations and detailed engineering drawings.
• Interface directly between head office design and site operations.
• Develop comprehensive method statements and analyze site quality metrics.
• Lead external design consultants and site subcontractors during delivery.
• Maintain master documentation registers and enforce engineering quality standards.

📌 Required Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of civil structural engineering experience.
• Proven background in elevated rail design and viaduct structures.
• Prior experience working within C&S civil structural consultancies.
• Clear technical communication skills for senior external stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical mindset for solving complex structural engineering problems.
• Demonstrated readiness to mentor and guide junior engineering talent.
