We are seeking an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer who will take charge of our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role is critical to ensuring the high availability and resilience of our recording-to-text pipeline, privacy-sensitive data handling, robust security measures, and cost optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate across international teams and play a key role in evolving our AWS-hosted services, ensuring compliance with global standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS infrastructures.
• Data Privacy & Security: Develop and enforce robust security policies to safeguard sensitive data captured by our recording devices.
• Service Stability and Reliability: Monitor system performance and develop proactive incident response strategies to maintain 24/7 operational uptime.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze cloud usage and implement cost reduction measures without compromising performance or security.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure our services adhere to global compliance standards and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
