Theodo is looking for a Plateform Security Engineer to join our growing team. We are a company that has been supporting innovative companies since 2009 in the conception, development, and deployment of ingenious digital products. Our teams consist of over 850 Theodoers, primarily Software Engineers, passionate about technology and continuous improvement.

Theodo has experienced exceptional growth over the past 15 years. In 2021, we launched a practice expert in cybersecurity to help our clients secure their Cloud environment. Today, our team includes 11 SecOps Engineers.

🎯 The Role

We work as a team on most of our projects. Platform Security Engineer, SecOps, and Project Manager collaborate closely to ensure the impact of our actions with our clients. As a Plateform Security Engineer, you will split your time between three dimensions: delivery technique, security strategy, and team skill development.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to project advancement through technical delivery: IAM, network security, pentesting, Cloud security tools, CI/CD, hardening, and secrets management.
• Be responsible for the security strategy of the projects you work on: security audits, vulnerability identification, secure-by-design architecture design, pragmatic remediation, and compliance.
• Contribute to the skill development of the SecOps team through training, pair programming, and coaching.

📌 Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience minimum as a Plateform Security Engineer or DevSecOps.
• Experience working with modern technical stack: Kubernetes, Terraform, public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Mastering infrastructure security concepts: advanced IAM, network security (VPC, firewalls, WAF), CI/CD, pentesting and audit methodologies.
• A passion for sharing knowledge: you have already supported the skill development of one or more colleagues (pair programming, mentoring, training) and you want to do more.

• Experience with internal projects at Theodo Cloud: improving our security standards, creating training materials, technical monitoring, and thought leadership.
