The team works across field marketing, campaigns, customer storytelling, thought leadership, events, lifecycle programs, and executive communications. We partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Product Marketing, Communications, Finance, Recruiting, and company leadership to build programs that drive durable growth across enterprise and business audiences.

π― The Role
We are hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic cloud and technology partners. This role will translate partner priorities into integrated programs across campaigns, events, customer proof, enablement, and demand generation that build awareness, accelerate adoption, and support measurable business outcomes across enterprise audiences. You will work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Communications, and partner teams to move plans from strategy through detailed execution. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility, built for someone who can manage multiple workstreams, build strong partner relationships, and work through influence in a fast-changing environment. This role is based in San Francisco and follows a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the office. Occasional travel will be required.
β Key Responsibilities
Create and execute distinct joint go-to-market plans with Google Cloud and Oracle across campaigns, events, customer proof, enablement, and demand generation, with clear goals for awareness, adoption, pipeline, and revenue impact.
Build clear partner narratives, messaging, and positioning for integrated solutions, joint value propositions, and shared customer outcomes.
Launch and manage co-marketing programs across campaigns, webinars, customer stories, executive events, field activations, thought leadership, and demand generation.
Coordinate day-to-day execution with partner marketing, alliances, product, sales, and executive stakeholders across both partner organizations.
Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Communications to align priorities, timelines, and execution.
Create and maintain messaging frameworks, partner collateral, customer proof points, and sales enablement materials.
Track program performance across pipeline, adoption, engagement, and partner activity, and use insights to improve future programs.
Help build scalable processes, calendars, and operating rhythms for strategic partner marketing.
π Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, strategic alliances, ecosystem marketing, or enterprise go-to-market roles.
Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with technology, software, cloud, or enterprise partners.
Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling customer value.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Experience executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
Excellent program management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and balancing multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign and partnership performance through pipeline, adoption, engagement, or revenue metrics.
