Key Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive operations, including on-call rotations to support our infrastructure.
• Debug, improve, and optimize our technology stack and infrastructure for better performance.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in troubleshooting complex systems issues using advanced observability tools and stack traces.
• Proven ability to identify and automate repetitive and manual tasks.
• Experience with large-scale production systems and technologies, including load balancing, monitoring, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Fluency in Spanish and eligibility to obtain security clearance are required.
