🎯 The Role

The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations. This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support. Configure HCM tables and business rules.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations
• Facilitate workshops and generate deliverables
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications
• Perform comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing
• Provide business process best practice advice
• Plan and execute deployments
• Provide post go-live support
• Configure HCM tables and business rules

📌 Required Qualifications

• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and Benefits) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, benefits and absence management
• Business Process Analysis experience
• Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation experience
• Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience
• U.S. Citizen

Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. The base pay range for this position in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is $91,700 - $178,700 USD.
