🎯 The Role

As an Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay (P2P) Consultant, you will lead and optimize the end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay processes within Oracle Cloud ERP environments. Acting as the functional process lead, you will assess legacy procurement and accounts payable processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design Oracle Cloud–based solutions that enhance supplier onboarding, ordering, receiving, invoicing, and spend analysis. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules—including Supplier Management, Self‑Service Procurement, Purchasing, Receipt Accounting, and Accounts Payable—is required. Familiarity with automation, workflow optimization, and data mapping will help drive process efficiency and support transformation initiatives.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting on Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud P2P functional solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Cloud P2P modules to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical and business teams to ensure seamless integration with third‑party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle Cloud P2P processes.
• Develop process documentation, end‑user training, and support materials for ongoing improvements.
• Participate in system testing, data validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud ERP best practices, new features, and quarterly updates relevant to P2P.

📌 Required Qualifications

• Background in cross‑functional consulting involving procurement, supply chain, and finance teams.
• Experience documenting business processes, conducting fit/gap analysis, and defining future‑state process models.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and testing cycles for federal or regulated environments.
