We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Europe as part of our new group developing the next generation management platform for the Cloud-Edge Computing Continuum. This remote work opportunity allows you to contribute to a leading cloud infrastructure company while working from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain company IT infrastructure including continuous integration, training, and demos
Focus on Jenkins-based CI services covering package building, testing, and release processes
Champion GitOps for deploying critical business services
Oversee a dynamic team of experienced engineers
Control resource usage and assist team members with cluster usage
Perform training sessions for new infrastructure features
Provide infrastructure usage statistics and web analytics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience administering UNIX/Linux systems with virtualization, storage, and networking
Knowledge of KVM/QEMU virtualization and VM management
Experience with storage systems (NAS and SAN)
Linux networking expertise including VLAN protocols and routing
Developer experience with Linux packaging (RPM and DEB)
Experience with Terraform for virtualized infrastructure deployments
Experience with Ansible roles and playbooks
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus
Experience administering Jenkins instances and writing pipelines
