Solutions Architect

Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team at OpenAI. This role can be based in Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week. We offer relocation assistance to new employees and are looking for someone who can bridge technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Implementation

• Intervene directly to accelerate customer time to value through building hands-on prototypes
• Deliver impactful strategic guidance to clients and stakeholders
• Lead complex implementations of Generative AI and traditional ML solutions
• Apply knowledge of network/cloud architecture in real-world scenarios

Knowledge Sharing

• Contribute to our open-source developer and enterprise resources
• Scale the Solutions Architect function through sharing knowledge
• Codify best practices and publish notebooks to internal and external repositories
• Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to Product and Research teams

Requirements

Experience

• 6+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience
• Proven track record of leading complex AI/ML implementations
• Industry experience in programming languages like Python or JavaScript

Skills

• Strong communication skills to translate business and technical topics to all audiences
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and learn new technologies as needed
• Humble attitude with eagerness to help colleagues and drive team success
• High throughput operator capable of managing multiple concurrent projects
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure and system architecture
