Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This hybrid role (3 days/week in office) offers relocation assistance and focuses on providing technical leadership for customers implementing Generative AI solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you'll work closely with customer organizations to establish GenAI roadmaps and guide projects from prototyping through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Technical Leadership

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert post-sale for a portfolio of customers, designing and deploying GenAI solutions
• Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance and building hands-on prototypes
• Maintain strong relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption and successful outcomes

Technical Collaboration

• Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise-facing technical documentation
• Share learnings with internal teams to inform product development
• Codify knowledge and operationalize technical success practices

Infrastructure & Deployment

• Take a holistic view of each customer's architecture and operations
• Design solutions leveraging ChatGPT and OpenAI APIs
• Guide complex deployments of Generative AI and traditional machine learning systems

Requirements

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture experience
• Experience leading complex deployments of AI/ML systems
• Hands-on proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of infrastructure and network architecture
• Ability to build prototypes or proofs of concept
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment technologies

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $220K - $280K, plus equity and benefits.
