Job Overview
We're seeking a technically deep, creativity-driven Solutions Architect to join our remote team. This role focuses on AI coding tools and developer productivity, working with engineering leaders to design, validate, and scale advanced AI workflows. As a remote platform engineer, you'll partner directly with customers to implement AI-enhanced development workflows and build high-quality demos using cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Technical Leadership
Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers
Embed deeply with customers to enable their engineering teams and build coding workflows
Partner directly with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows
Lead large-format workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions
Technical Implementation
Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations
Use Codex as part of your development process to accelerate prototyping
Contribute technical content including examples, guides, patterns, and best practices
Translate customer insights into clear product proposals and model feedback
Strategic Influence
Influence customer strategy and decision-making regarding AI coding tools
Frame how AI coding tools fit into customers' SDLC, technical roadmap, and workflows
Advocate for solution architecture, operational readiness, and security considerations
Shape product direction based on real customer deployment insights
Requirements
Professional Experience
5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar experience
Experience delivering large, high-impact workshops or technical training to engineering teams
Experience contributing technical guides, patterns, or examples publicly
Technical Skills
Active power user of AI coding tools with customized developer workflows
Ability to build scrappy, high-signal demos and prototypes
Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts
Experience with cloud infrastructure and platform engineering concepts
