Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance service availability, reliability, and observability.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for our systems.
• Utilize advanced monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring swift escalation when necessary.
• Drive improvements in infrastructure resilience, monitoring, and alerting capabilities.
• Refine and innovate Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) tools and processes to boost software delivery and operational efficiency.
• Develop daily coding and scripting solutions using Go, Terraform, and Helm to optimize system performance and automate repetitive tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a site reliability engineer role, preferably within a software engineer capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and extensive experience managing large-scale infrastructure with Terraform.
• Proven background in a SaaS environment, supporting large-scale, mission-critical applications.
• Deep expertise in cloud services such as AWS and Azure, as well as microservices and modern web technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a systematic approach to issue resolution.
• Outstanding communication and technical writing skills in English.
• Capability to thrive in a fully distributed, remote work setting, demonstrating strong self-motivation and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Okta technologies and identity management solutions is highly advantageous.
