You Are the Overseer:

• Configure and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) and Deployment (CD)
• Work with Tech Leads and developers on assessment of existing problems and develop process improvement solutions
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Maintain and develop reliable monitoring and observability subsystems
• Take care of the infrastructure operations and availability
• Develop and maintain configuration management for the whole infrastructure
• Enable and support cross-functional teams during the development lifecycle
• Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices
• Work in small autonomous teams with short release cycles

What Makes You Stand Out:

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
• Еxperience with public clouds, preferably AWS
• Experience with Message Brokers (Kafka/AWS MSK)
• Experience with:
  • CI/CD and GitOps processes and tools, with a preference for: Jenkins (CI/CD) and FluxCD (GitOps)
  • Additional experience in any of the following is a plus: GitLab CI, CircleCI, Travis CI, Spinnaker, Flux CD
  • Code quality and security analysis tools: SonarQube (preferred), Fortify, Checkmarx, Codacy
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration Management tools: Terraform (preferred), AWS CloudFormation
  • Deployment tool: Helm
  • Scripting language: Bash, Groovy, Python
  • Container orchestration and management: Kubernetes (AWS EKS)
  • Observability tools such as: DataDog, Prometheus, ELK stack
  • Programming language and eco-systems: Java, NodeJS, Python

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to the delegated tasks and responsibilities
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, grow and be up-to-date with the trends and the best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fluid, fast-paced environment, and meet the appointed deadlines
• Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Desired (but not essential):

• A good understanding of the blockchain technology and the digital assets space
• Passion for innovation and disruption in the blockchain ecosystem
