Senior Devops Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Devops Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure behind an AI-driven debt recovery platform. This is a high-impact engineering position that requires deep expertise in infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline and secure the delivery process


• Build and manage scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools


• Develop and maintain observability systems (monitoring, logging, alerting) to ensure platform performance and stability


• Enforce and advocate for security best practices across infrastructure, networking, and deployments


• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-efficiency and performance


• Collaborate closely with engineers to enhance the developer experience and internal tooling


• Automate workflows and operational tasks to reduce manual effort and risk

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps or similar roles, with deep expertise in infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation


• Strong hands-on experience with GCP or AWS


• Solid knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (preferably Kubernetes)


• Proven experience managing infrastructure with Terraform or other IaC tools


• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or GCP Monitoring


• Strong understanding of cloud security (IAM, secrets management, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux, or Jenkins


• Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g. Bash, Python, Node.js, etc.)


• Analytical mindset, proactive, and self-driven


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams
