We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our platform team at MediaMarktSaturn in Barcelona. This engineering position requires a professional level candidate who is passionate about technology and creating the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters on Azure AKS
Manage workload delivery using ArgoCD and GitOps workflows
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
Build and maintain observability pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Elastic Stack, and Grafana/Prometheus
Provision and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform
Manage Azure PaaS services including Container Apps, App Service, and Database
Implement security measures including RBAC, network policies, and secret management
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
Collaborate with application developers to improve deployment processes
Required Qualifications
3–5 years in a DevOps, Platform, or SRE role
Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience
Practical ArgoCD experience in production environments
Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions
Experience with observability tools including OpenTelemetry, Elastic Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus
Terraform at production scale
Azure experience, specifically AKS and core PaaS services
Linux fundamentals, scripting (Bash or Python), and networking basics
