Engineering at Levelpath:
We are looking for an experienced DevOps leader to help us build our public-facing products.
To be successful in this role you must have experience with Terraform and AWS (with an emphasis on IAM, ECS, RDS, Route53, S3, SES etc.) and experience with engineering teams (we use Ruby On Rails, React).
This position is located in downtown San Francisco. In this role you will have the opportunity to be a part of an international team and an agile environment with short decision paths. We currently use Github, AWS, Slack but you may leverage any devices and tools that allow you to do your best work.
What You Will Do:
Drive DevOps direction as well as build and maintain infrastructure for our expanding applications (using Terraform)
Use your experience to improve the overall infrastructure quality, tools and processes
Work with our backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React) teams to increase our development leverage
Work with our broader team to ensure infrastructure SOC2/GDPR compliance
What you Bring to the Table:
A consistent record of delivering business impact via DevOps evolution
General Linux/networking understanding and troubleshooting skills
Terraform, AWS, Git
Github Actions, Terraform Cloud is a plus
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
Enjoys working in a team and helping each other
Knowledge in Back-end systems/frameworks like Ruby On Rails/Django is a plus
