Job Overview

lemon.markets is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design, guidance and automation of our cloud infrastructure security. You will develop proactive strategies and solutions to ensure security is at the heart of everything we do. This role involves building our brokerage API offering and expanding our Trading API Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and automation of cloud infrastructure security
• Develop strategies to embed security controls throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Secure Kubernetes infrastructure with network policies and security patterns
• Operate and maintain security controls in AWS and Kubernetes environments
• Design and implement vulnerability management programs
• Collaborate with teams to ensure security best practices are followed

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with AWS infrastructure and security fundamentals
• Experience securing Kubernetes with network policies and security patterns
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD tooling
• Proficiency with IaC and configuration management tools like Terraform and Helm
• Hands-on experience with network and identity security
• Experience with vulnerability management programs
• Security certifications (GSEC, CISSP, etc.) are a plus
