🎯 The Role

As an IT Specialist, you will support the analysis and resolution of network issues, assist with the setup and configuration of IT components, and provide technical support to our clients. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation of our IT systems.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support in the analysis and resolution of network disruptions and handle the setup and configuration of IT components like firewalls, bus systems, and plug-ins.
• Act as a technical interface in the selection of suitable NSP components and assist our clients with IT-related questions.
• Manage user and rights administration, Windows version management, system connections, creation of customer images, and topics around data protection and OSS license management.
• Ensure smooth operation of our IT systems with your team, monitor the availability of important components, and assist with ongoing product maintenance.
• Contribute actively to the further development and optimization of our products and processes in close collaboration with development, production, and suppliers.

📌 Required Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g., as a specialist IT technician, IT system electronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in coordinating IT projects is advantageous but not mandatory; motivated career starters are also welcome.
• Passion for IT, network technology, IT administration, and electronic systems, with a desire to expand your knowledge.
• Interest in quality assurance and further development of IT products.
• Good English skills in speaking and writing.
