🎯 The Role

You will be the central point of contact for our employees in 1st- and 2nd-level support, handling IT inquiries through our ITSM platform Freshservice. You will also be responsible for the operation, administration, and continuous development of our international IT landscape.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for our employees in 1st- and 2nd-level support and process IT inquiries through our ITSM platform Freshservice
• Take over the operation, administration, and continuous development of our international IT landscape – from Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD to Windows and Linux systems, networks, virtualization, and security solutions
• Ensure a secure, stable, and high-performance IT environment and implement technical and organizational security measures to protect against cyber threats
• Set up modern workplace systems, notebooks, and end devices, manage them centrally via Microsoft Intune, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees
• Actively participate in IT infrastructure, cloud, and digitalization projects and support the continuous development of our IT services
• Work closely with international IT teams of the Septeo Group and support the implementation of group-wide IT, security, and compliance standards at our locations
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support compliance with our information security requirements in the context of ISO-27001 certification

📌 Required Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training as a systems integration specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Initial to several years of professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, system administration, or a comparable IT function (depending on experience level)
• Good knowledge of administering Microsoft Windows system environments as well as Windows client and server operating systems
• Ideal experience in cross-location IT environments and with modern IT infrastructures
• Strong IT affinity and interest in current technologies, digital workplaces, and IT security
• Experience with AI-supported tools or willingness to use them to make processes and recurring tasks more efficient
• Analytical thinking and a structured and pragmatic approach to solving technical challenges
• Independent, reliable, and self-responsible working style with a high degree of service orientation
• Communication skills and enjoyment of working with different user groups
• Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
