The role requires regular office visits in Münster or Berlin.

🎯 The Role

You will be responsible for IT infrastructure and device management, identity and access, security and compliance, and revenue operations. You will work on building and maintaining our Apple setup, setting security standards, managing hardware lifecycle, and developing Google Workspace as an identity provider.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Build our Apple setup from scratch – Enrollment, Blueprints and Configuration profiles over Apple Business, cleanly migrated and permanently maintained
• Implement a binding security baseline standard – Encryption, Update Policies, controlled end devices – and prove it
• Manage the hardware lifecycle end to end and plan device requirements along our Hiring Plan
• Design how accesses at syte are granted, changed and revoked – group-based, documented and without gaps in Offboarding
• Develop Google Workspace as an Identity Provider and bring SSO everywhere the platform allows
• Bring structure to our SaaS landscape: Licenses, Roles, Permissions – and the tools that have not yet been approved
• Make us accountable to enterprise customers: Control Register, Security Questionnaires, Evidence on demand
• Document your processes in Runbooks to build a clear Knowledge Base
• Manage our HubSpot setup as the central Revenue Platform and develop it further – Pipelines, Lifecycle Stages, Workflows and Reporting

📌 Required Qualifications

• Background in B2B-Tech/SaaS: At least three years of professional experience in IT Administration, Internal IT or System Administration, preferably in a growing Tech/SaaS Startup
• System Affinity: Affinity for macOS and iOS or a high willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with Apple Administration with Apple Business and MDM profiles. You master Google Workspace from an admin perspective
• Outstanding System Understanding: You understand how devices, identities and accesses are interconnected and work structured instead of reactive
• Automation: You are comfortable with APIs and small scripts and recognize what can be automated – whether via n8n, HubSpot Workflows or a few lines of code
• Pragmatism: You can justify which risks we consciously take and which we close – and explain a restriction so that colleagues carry it with them instead of circumventing it
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: You want to understand how a B2B-Sales process works and shape the system behind it. RevOps experience is not a prerequisite
• Willingness to Travel: You are willing to occasionally come to our office in Münster or Berlin to accompany Onboardings, Offboardings and Workshops
• German & English Skills: You speak fluent German (at least C1) and fluent English (at least B2)

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Experience in Apple MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle) or Apple certifications (ACSP, ACiT)
• Identity topics in depth: SSO, SCIM, OAuth Scopes and Conditional Access
• HubSpot Administration in a B2B-SaaS environment
• ISO 27001 Certification
