🎯 The Role
You will be responsible for the administration and development of our IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and continuous improvement. You will work on various projects and collaborate with different teams to enhance our systems and processes.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Administer and develop our Microsoft environment with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure.
Manage endpoint management with Intune, Autopilot, and Apple ADE, and ensure endpoint security with Microsoft Defender.
Maintain our on-premise infrastructure, including Active Directory, Hyper-V, and network and WLAN components.
Administer our Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence, as well as OTRS, including user and rights management.
Support our employees in IT support and during onboarding and offboarding, and ensure up-to-date, traceable IT documentation.
Contribute to IT security, compliance, and automation topics and continuously develop existing processes.
Assist with license management and the economical use of our software solutions.
Work independently on cross-departmental IT projects and support junior team members professionally.
📌 Required Qualifications
Completed IT training or equivalent practical professional experience.
Several years of experience in system administration, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID; experience with Azure is an asset.
Familiarity with endpoint management, ideally Intune and Autopilot, as well as endpoint security.
Good knowledge of classic infrastructure topics such as Active Directory, servers, DNS, networks, and group policies.
Experience with IT service and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or comparable ticketing systems.
You analyze technical issues structurally, find solutions independently, and are interested in further developing processes through scripting or automation.
You can communicate in German at least at B2 level and in English confidently in the workplace, and enjoy working with different teams and departments.
