🎯 The Role

As a System Administrator, you'll work closely with the team from our office three days per week to support our IT infrastructure and collaborate on day-to-day operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site operations in the Frankfurt/Offenbach area
• Support and advise the team (approx. 100 people) in all IT-related matters
• Manage daily business including Device management, Provisioning, On-/Offboarding, Identity and Access Management (IAM), SaaS Stack Management, Monitoring & Documentation, Procurement
• Work on automation and optimization of new and existing IT processes
• Architect and deploy MDM solutions in Apple client environment
• Administer macOS (employee client) and Linux environments (internal tools) with a focus on Docker
• Support our engineering teams by provisioning and optimizing pre-production and staging environments
• Manage internal network and server infrastructure including Firewall, high density WiFi, switching, routing, VLAN, Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Collaboration and management of service providers (hosting, telecommunications, tooling)
• Assisting the CISO with the IT-related management of the ISMS

📌 Required Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in IT, degree in computer science/business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Experience in administering complex IT environments
• Passion for Apple systems and networks
• Experience with Linux and Docker
• Fluent in German and English
• Generalist mindset with ability to handle complex technical problems
• Structured, solution-oriented work style
• Proactive mindset with ability to independently learn new technical subjects
• Strong IT security mindset
