📋 Job Overview

Provide day-to-day technical support to local and remote employees for hardware and software issues on their laptops and mobile devices. Windows and MAC, Iphone & Android. This is an on-site position, 5 days per week in the Austin, TX office.

🎯 The Role

Assist in various IT functions such as hardware and software inventory and rolling out new systems to end users/groups. Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment. Manage asset management, inventory management and shipping and receipt of hardware.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to local and remote employees for hardware and software issues on their laptops and mobile devices.
• Assist in maintenance of network equipment, phones, and teleconference equipment.
• Assist in the support of the computer room and data center operations arena.
• Manage asset management, inventory management, and shipping and receipt of hardware.
• Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment.

📌 Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Fully proficient with the Windows and MacOS operating systems
• Experience with supporting the Microsoft Office Suite. Extensive experience with Excel, OneNote, Onedrive and SharePoint.
• Thorough understanding of pc computer hardware and efficient troubleshooting techniques.
• Documentation skills for creating instruction and documenting troubleshooting techniques and solutions for others to follow.
• Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel
• High level of accountability and ability to perform detailed and technical initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Organization skills required.

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Occasional optional travel to our additional office in Austin for support.
