🎯 The Role

As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for handling and resolving incoming requests in 1st and 2nd level IT support, ensuring efficient processing of support tickets, and maintaining hardware and software via Intune.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• You handle and resolve incoming requests in 1st and 2nd level IT support.
• You process support tickets efficiently and in compliance with defined SLAs using Atlassian ServiceDesk.
• You install, maintain, and manage hardware and software via Intune, supporting the configuration and use of workplace IT equipment.
• You manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring data security and proper access control.
• You administer identities, groups, and access policies in Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• You support and maintain our Teams-based telephony solution, and provide training and ongoing support to end users.
