🎯 The Role

As an IT Systemadministrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and security of network and server infrastructures, including client PCs and mobile devices. You will also support colleagues with IT-related questions and problems.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Betreuung und Absicherung von Netzwerk- und Server-Infrastrukturen – inkl. Client-PC und mobiler Geräte (iOS, Android)
• Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen und Problemen
• Erstellung und Umsetzung von Konzepten für Server-Infrastrukturen
• Arbeit in hybriden Systemlandschaften (on-premise und Cloud)
• Mitarbeit und -Gestaltung von IT-Projekten als Teil eines Teams

📌 Required Qualifications

• eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, ein IT-nahes Studium oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
• Erfahrungen in der Client- und Server-Administration im Windows-Umfeld
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Active Directory, Microsoft 365 und Exchange
• idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit SSO- und MFA-Themen (z.B. Entra-ID)
• eine leistungsorientierte und kollegiale Arbeitsweise
