🎯 The Role

You will lead a team of 10+ and report to the Head of Department for IT Infrastructure. This role requires end-to-end ownership of IT infrastructure availability, performance, and security, while ensuring compliance with MAS Technology Risk Management guidelines.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10+ and report to the Head of Department for IT Infrastructure
• Own end-to-end availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure
• Plan, design, and implement infrastructure roadmaps
• Ensure infrastructure and operations controls comply with MAS Technology Risk Management
• Oversee security tooling, controls, and manage security operations
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance teams on vulnerability management
• Negotiate contracts, licenses, and renewals for infrastructure and security tooling, and manage vendors, contracts, and budgets

📌 Required Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
• 3–5 years in a managerial or team lead capacity
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or insurance sectors
• Working knowledge of financial sector regulatory expectations around technology risk and cyber resilience
• Familiarity with tech stack including WAF, SIEM, EDR/MDR, Proxy, and Security Architecture
