Key Responsibilities

• Deliver second-level IT support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.


• Assist in the installation of hardware and software components for servers.


• Deploy the approved updates/patches for Servers & Network Devices to meet changes in information technology.


• Maintain Passive Components of the network infrastructure to support organizational needs.


• Monitor the behavior of the System Security for Data loss prevention.


• Reviews IT documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.


• Reviews maintained records of IT assets and inventory processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any related field of studies.


• 2-5 years of relevant experience.


• Good communication skills to carry out coordination/liaison with other sections.


• Working under pressure and effectively in a team.


• Good experience with Operating Systems Environment (Windows and Linux).


• Good experience with LAN and WAN Networks Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, ...).


• Good knowledge with Switching & Routing Configuration (Cisco, HP, ...).


• Good knowledge with Firewall Configuration (FortiGate, Cisco, ...).


• Good experience with Microsoft 365 Applications.


• Good knowledge with cloud computing systems (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)).


• Good knowledge with Cybersecurity Principles.
