What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and triaging operational support tickets
• Investigating technical and infrastructure issues
• Providing advanced desktop and endpoint support across Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Supporting infrastructure administration and maintenance activities
• Monitoring alerts and carrying out first-line remediation
• Supporting vulnerability remediation and patch management processes
• Maintaining and improving operational runbooks and documentation
• Assisting with onsite support, and hands-on troubleshooting when required
• Improving escalation quality and support processes
• Contributing to operational stability, repeatability, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong second-line troubleshooting skills and a practical, investigative mindset.

You should ideally have experience with:

• Windows, Linux, and macOS support
• Infrastructure and endpoint troubleshooting
• Ticketing systems such as Jira or similar platforms
• Monitoring and alerting tools
• Patching and vulnerability management processes
• Networking fundamentals and access control concepts
• Scripting or automation for operational tasks
• Documentation and process improvement

Experience or familiarity with DevOps environments, tooling, or operational support models would be a strong advantage.

You should also be:

• Comfortable working across multiple teams and technologies
• Organised and process-oriented
• Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical users
• Interested in continuous improvement and operational maturity
• Comfortable using AI-assisted workflows and tooling as part of day-to-day support activities
