🎯 The Role

Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced technical issues from the IT Support team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, identity, application, and cloud-related issues. Support identity and access management through Okta, Google Workspace, and related authentication technologies. Work closely with Engineering, Security, Networking, and IT Support teams to resolve cross-functional incidents. Document technical procedures, create knowledge base articles, and improve operational workflows. Document and Operationalize repetitive processes to be passed down to our support team. Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, system upgrades, and technology rollouts.

✅ Key Responsibilities

📌 Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and security best practices.
• Experience documenting technical processes and maintaining accurate system documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across Slack, email, and virtual meetings.
• Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across multiple departments.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies in a rapidly changing environment.
• Customer-service oriented with a focus on delivering an exceptional internal support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
