Your Impact
As the Senior Investor Relations Manager, you will be the key liaison between Impossible Cloud Network and its investment community. Your primary focus will be to craft and execute a strategic investor relations program and enhancing the investors’ and community’s confidence in our solution. You ensure clear, consistent communication of our performance and growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic IR: Develop and implement a forward-thinking investor relations strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Investor Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for current and future investors and analysts, delivering clear, concise messaging on performance and company outlook.
Own network: Leverage your existing experience and network in the crypto investor landscape to grow and cultivate a strong network of investors, ensuring ongoing engagement and trust.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Event Leadership: Manage and execute investor meetings, earnings calls, and roadshows. Ideally, you want to pitch at events yourself and ensure that the company’s investment narratives are effectively communicated.
Compliance: Ensure all communications are aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
Cross-functional relationships: Develop good rapport with ICN founders, Community , Strategy, Legal, Marketing, and Product Directors whose functions are directly or indirectly important to ICN positioning.
What you bring
Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field, from a top University.
Specific experience in investor relations, financial communications, corporate finance, or equity research.
Demonstrated understanding of financial markets, financial reporting, and corporate strategy.
Significant experience and connections in the Blockchain and Web3 finance sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and investors’ reporting.
Ability to work independently and proactively, manage multiple priorities, solve problems and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; and G-Suite; familiarity with web3-specific databases and intelligence sources (e.g. Coinmarketcap, Messari).
