DevOps Engineer

Job Overview

Join our growing team at Hawk-Eye Innovations as a DevOps Engineer. We are seeking a passionate individual who is enthusiastic about cloud infrastructure, automation, and working on cutting-edge sports technology. This is a hybrid position with 2 days per week in the office, located in Budapest.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure for large-scale data and video streaming platforms.
• Support development teams by making deployments easier, faster, and more reliable.
• Improve security by helping to monitor and prevent potential risks.
• Enhance observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Collaborate with engineers across teams to ensure our DevOps culture thrives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud Platforms: AWS
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Cloudformation, Ansible
• Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines: GitHub Actions
• Experience with Containers: Docker
• Understanding of Security Principles and basic networking concepts
• Version Control: Git
• Message Brokers: RabbitMQ, Pulsar, AMQ (a plus)
• Monitoring & Logging: Grafana, Elastic, Datadog (a plus)
