Cloud Engineer (AZURE)

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, configure, and implement cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Serve as the technical lead in responding to and delivering tenders with the client partner team.
• Manage multiple client stakeholder engagements simultaneously.
• Prepare and deliver designs, "As Built" and "As Configured" documents, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct skills transfer sessions with clients.
• Prepare cloud security-related documentation under the guidance of the security practice.
• Utilize vendor relationships to assist with design, configuration, and remediation activities based on best practices.
• Continuously improve and iterate on technical processes, tools, and reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices for technologies.
• Participate in the creation of new products and solutions as a member of a cross-functional team.
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) input into statements of work, user guides (e.g., FAQs), release notes, and more.

Requirements:

• Experience with cloud and hybrid technologies, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and cybersecurity products.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and networking technologies.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure and storage solutions.
• Ability to script and automate processes.
• Australian citizenship with a minimum NV1 Australian Federal Government Security Clearance.
