The Opportunity
Working within Flare’s energetic and collaborative Engineering Team, you will build out the tooling and procedures we use to manage our expanding infrastructure and to enable the company's rapid growth. You will play a key role in enabling our engineering and product teams to build and support modern web applications in a service-oriented architecture.
As a fast-paced scale-up, this role will suit a hungry and driven individual who can be nimble as we continue to build out our technology platform. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals and excel in a dynamic and inclusive environment and will connect with your team in person two days per week in the Sydney CBD office, with flexibility to work from home on the other days.
Your Day to Day Impact
- Manage the entire Azure infrastructure, including standardisation, deployment and modernisation of pipelines
- Implement technical controls to enforce our policies and standards
- Research new Azure services to assist with increased/ improved functionality for other teams at Flare
- Access management including automating the access configurations and - Implementing vulnerability scanning
- Build out our data infrastructure
What You Bring to The Table
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure/ Azure DevOps
- Experience delivering and maintaining Azure DevOps projects.
- Curiosity, proactiveness and a strong ability to problem-solve
- Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies and ways of working
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task
- Strong, committed team player with the ability to work well with others as well as independently
