Job Overview
As part of the Financial Institutions Group, within the Applications Operations team, the Senior AppOps Reliability Engineer will be responsible to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical applications and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for existing environments
Collaborate with client services to understand customer needs
Implement tools and automation for build, configuration management, etc.
Participate in all Production Support activities during incidents and outages
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
