Woven by Toyota is contributing to Toyota's transformation into a mobility company once in a century. Inspired by our history of invention for others, our mission is to expand the definition of mobility and extend the ways mobility contributes to society, challenging conventional wisdom in mobility with human-centered innovation. We are centered on four pillars: AD/ADAS (Automated Driving/Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) technology, Arene (a vehicle software production platform for Software-Defined Vehicles), Woven City (a mobility test course), and Cloud & AI (digital infrastructure supporting collaboration platforms). We also support the implementation of these teams with essential business functions, working together to realize a \"zero-accident society\" and \"mass production of happiness\".
Toyota is redefining the meaning of mobility. Moving people, things, information, and energy, and challenging the common sense of mobility. Woven City serves as a test course for creating and testing various types of mobility, with the concept of a human-centered city, a city for demonstration experiments, and an unfinished city, aiming for mass production of happiness. Woven City brings together diverse partners who share a vision for future mobility. Inventors, residents, and visitors collaborate in a city-shaped test course where human, mobility, and social infrastructure are interconnected, living while demonstrating various products and services.
