TeamDynamix is searching for a mid-level DevOps Software Engineer (Remote) to join our Process Automation Team, where you will own the pipelines, Azure infrastructure, and release tooling that build, deploy, and operate our iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), CAI (Conversational Artificial Intelligence), and AI Agent products. 🎯 The Role

This is a DevOps-first role. Most of your time will be spent designing and improving our CI/CD pipelines, managing and automating our Azure infrastructure, strengthening monitoring and observability, and making releases faster, safer, and more repeatable. Because you'll work closely with our codebase, you'll also have the C# skills to step in when the fix belongs in the application, whether that means improving performance, removing a release bottleneck, or making the product easier to deploy and operate. ✅ Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps that compile, test, and release our products.
• Manage and execute deployments through Octopus Deploy across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Deploy and configure the Azure components our platform runs on, and keep those environments consistent and documented.
• Write and modify C# code to improve application performance and to make the product easier, faster, and safer to deploy.
• Find and address performance issues across the application, database, and infrastructure.
• Improve observability - logging, metrics, and alerting - so issues surface before customers report them.
• Debug production issues across multiple levels of the stack, from code to pipeline to infrastructure.
• Perform thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Work with engineering and product managers to understand roadmap priorities and plan release work around them.

📌 Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in STEM, or equivalent experience
• 3-6 years of related experience
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including authoring build and release pipelines and day-to-day work in Git
• Experience deploying and configuring Azure components through the Azure Portal
• Experience managing application deployments with a release management tool such as Octopus Deploy
• Ability to work collaboratively and iteratively
• Experience developing with C# and working with SQL Server
• Strong ability to solve complex problems without a detailed roadmap using a logical, analytical, and creative approach

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code experience is a bonus
• Familiarity with Datadog, or a comparable monitoring and observability platform, is a plus
• REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Postman
• PowerShell or comparable scripting for build and deployment automation
