🎯 The Role

As a DevOps Lead - AI Trainer, you will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true DevOps reasoning, authentic documentation, and practical deployment procedures. Rather than conducting traditional DevOps projects, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about DevOps practices at scale.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, cloud deployments, and practical aspects of DevOps workflows
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, reliability, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic DevOps scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g., DevOps engineer, developer, SRE, or stakeholder)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated DevOps content

📌 Required Qualifications

• A senior-level DevOps engineer with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, or deployment automation
• Skilled at evaluating system reliability, automation processes, and compliance
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
