Job Overview

Theodo Cloud is the DevSecOps entity of Theodo, specializing in building cloud infrastructures and cybersecurity. We help scale-ups and large accounts solve their business problems through technology. Our teams build scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructures for developers and end users. The goal is to make infrastructure a growth lever rather than a constraint.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and respond to client needs regarding infrastructure strategy


• Participate in project delivery as part of a team


• Infrastructure setup from scratch


• Cloud and Kubernetes migrations


• Implementation of CI/CD pipelines


• Implementation of monitoring and alerting tools


• Bringing DevOps best practices to our clients


• Active participation in Scrum rituals

Opportunities for Growth

The first step in evolution at Theodo Cloud is to become a Lead on projects, thereby becoming responsible for the technical strategy and skill development of your team. We then offer two possible evolution tracks:

• A management track, leading to an Engineering Manager role


• An expertise track, allowing access to a Staff Engineer role

Required Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• A solid academic background in engineering school


• First professional experience with infra/Cloud technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP...)


• A strong desire to progress


• A desire to work in a team
